Augmented reality posters
Challenge

Maximize the impact of printed materials by creating an interface with digital technology.

Augmented reality posters
Solution

To provide a platform that presents digital media to users when a smart phone or mobile device is aimed at a target embedded within the poster.

Outcome
We have developed an app that presents digital media to users when they scan triggers on printed materials.
  • MOA/MOD
  • Author commentary
  • Additional animated tables and figures
The app allows for the extension of information contained in printed materials and creates an opportunity for presenter-independent interaction with material. If desired, material can be downloaded to the mobile device for future use and sharing.

Interactive touchscreen experiences
Challenge

The client wanted an interactive experience to capture the depth and breadth of the company’s pipeline from the present to 20 years into the future. The client also wanted the ability to access all of the compounds’ clinical trials, therapy areas and patient population information in a visually driven and dynamic way.

Interactive touchscreen experiences
Solution
  • We used a gaming engine to develop a touchscreen wall that provided a high-level view of the compounds. Users can zoom in to see information about the compound, e.g. the latest clinical trials data
  • Users can also scroll the timeline to any year and see planned clinical trials for that year, which disease areas are being targeted and planned approvals
Outcome
  • Over 200 pages were created that pulled dynamic data in from multiple sources
  • Each page was dynamically created based on, and updated according to, that year’s projected data
  • As an introduction to the experience, a video walked the user through the experience and showed how it could be progressed through time

Interactive MOAs
Challenge

Provide a tool for training and educating client’s MSLs and HCPs on their compound's MOA. It must be compelling, with a customizable user-driven experience that could work on multiple platforms on- and offline.

Expert speaker education and engagement portal
Solution
  • Adapted a typical MOA video into interactive packages that allow users to quickly focus on points of interest, revealing additional detail and a 'deeper dive' into the data
  • It was created using a mix of frontend and backend programming, and 3D animated video
  • Each point of interest in the video had an interactive button that could activate additional information, including slides, narrated animations, audio guides and 3D video
  • Interactive learning could be adapted for a multitude of uses, from exhibit booth displays, through to websites, and iPad materials for use in the field
Outcome

Engaging content at the touch of a button, attracting delegates to explore at will. The highly visualized user experience facilitated multiple users and encouraged discussions.
